The Achiever – an IT & Business Guru the Business Evangelist

IT constitutes the nervous system of any business organization. As in humans the nervous system has to seamlessly blend with the body for the latter to function as one integrated entity. Such an effective IT system, based on a holistic perspective of the business and utilizing its own inherent strengths can substantially augment capabilities for the organization.

IT has the potential to be a game changer, if designed and implemented, with a holistic perspective. Such an initiative requires active participation of all levels of the management. In fact, IT projects are not the exclusive domain of the IT function but needed to be managed as an organization wide initiative.

There has to be a holistic approach to the business where-in IT plays central. This calls for the engagement at all levels to fully explore IT strengths and capabilities to enhanced the business value. This requires a fully thought thru approach.
